- SEPTEMBER 14th – 17th
- Live entertainment will start at 1630 hrs. Thursday September 14th through Saturday September 16th
- Entry fee for the 35th Annual Reunion is $10.00 for the entire reunion
- Camping fee for the annual reunion is $10.00 per day with a three day minimum and an eight day maximum .So if you want to camp for ten days you only have to pay for eight days plus the entry fee.
- ALL CAMPING SITES for the 35th annual reunion are assigned and a camping form must be fill out and mailed to us with your full payment.
- If you had a camping site last year you will receive a camp site registration short form before Feb. 10th all you need to do is enter the number of days you will be attending the 35th annual reunion and the number of ARM bands you will need. Please return the new camp site short form with your payment by June 1st 2017.
- If you want to apply for a camp site for the first time, fill out the camp site long form but for the site number enter new. The new applications will be assigned after July 1st 2017.
- All campers will receive a reservation conformation form with your lot number and number of arm bands you ordered . Upon your arrival present that conformation form at the gate and you will receive the arm bands you pre-paid.
- All unassigned applications will be returned to you with your full payment by August 15th.
